After tapping on the speech bubble, the Edit option is displayed to change the displayed Battlesuit
Character Interaction System can be found in all regions and can be summarized as chit-chatting with your assistant on the bridge. It also allows Captains to quickly change the assistant's Outfit or change the assistant altogether.
A Battlesuit's affection will increase while the game is open, and is currently capped at 4 hearts (levels).
In the patch on May 20th, 2018 the system was updated to include interactions with Kiana that are voiced with the Chinese voice option, with the Japanese voice options coming later. More characters and interactions were said to be added in future updates.
Character Interaction System shouldn't be confused with what's colloquially known as the Touch System.
