Timeline AmbiguityFirst few versions of the game for the global servers weren't thoughtfully archived for various reasons.
MiHoYo's news team didn't post patch notes with the same amount of detail as in 2021 or even 2020.
For example, weapon releases could end with an "etc." rather than list all new weapons.
The official site went from http://www.global.honkaiimpact3.com to https://honkaiimpact3.mihoyo.com, making older news posts inaccessible even via common internet archives, assuming the news entry was even archived.
According to what little info there was, the global version of the game was released with more content than there would be if it was meant to mirror Chinese (original) server's release and schedule. Release of any content associated with versions listed below, especially weapons and stigmata, shouldn't be taken at face value.
